Typical Roles and Responsibilities:
Meat Cutter (1st Shift):
- Remove primal cuts from the primal cut line and bone out/trim according to specifications.
- Cut and trim special cuts, remove skin, fat, bones, and blood clots.
- Follow USDA, HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Maintain safety rules and communicate concerns to supervisors.
- Handle products and equipment safely; keep pace with production speed.
- Skills required: basic math, communication, knife skills, ability to follow directions.
Production Worker:
- Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, learning and mastering multiple processes.
- Support production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Work in a family-friendly, supportive environment with experienced team members.
Warehouse Associate:
- Manage inventory and order fulfillment in a warehouse setting.
- Work flexible shifts, including third shift.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members.
