Role Overview:
The Onsite Recruiter acts as the primary liaison between the company and the client’s internal HR team. This role is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of industrial manufacturing talent while maintaining a physical presence at the client facility to ensure operational excellence, employee retention, and high-quality placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Onsite Operations & Employee Relations:
- Manage the day-to-day onsite presence, including greeting the HR office daily to assess immediate needs.
- Conduct regular "floor walks" to interface with supervisors and gather feedback on new employee performance and general operational status.
- Engage with temporary staff in break rooms to collect feedback on job satisfaction and actively solicit employee referrals.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by assisting with necessary paperwork and developing efficient HR processes.
- Monitor and mitigate turnover by ensuring quality placements and resolving employee issues promptly.
Administration & Reporting:
- Manage and track referrals, personnel needs, and terminations received from client HR.
- Audit and report any personnel or operational issues to senior management.
- Maintain organized files and documentation, planning daily schedules and updates for management.
